LOTTERY

Handmade icon of Glykophilousa (Sweet-Kissing)

We invite you to take part in a special church lottery 🎟️ featuring a heartfelt prize: a handmade, aged Byzantine icon of the Glykophilousa (Sweet-Kissing), crafted with devotion and love.

Adorned with gold-gilded halos, intricate detailing, and decorative ornaments, the icon is created using traditional techniques that honor the sacred art of Orthodox iconography. Measuring 33×25×3cm (L×W×H), it can be displayed on a wall or gracefully presented on its custom-made golden easel —an ornate stand designed to elevate both its spiritual and aesthetic presence.

The winning ticket will be drawn on Sunday, December 7th, following the Episcopal Divine Liturgy, during the festive reception in Dijkhove Hall.

All proceeds from the lottery will go directly toward the maintenance and preservation of our beloved church, ensuring it remains a place of worship, warmth, and welcome for generations to come.

The winning ticket of the lottery is 738-YELLOW. Congratulations to the lucky winner!

Please wait for the result...

Orthodox Disability Theology for Christian Communities

Dr. Petre Maican, Orthodox theologian, PhD, and author based in Brussels, is devoted to bridging theology and disability. His work confronts a pressing question: how can Orthodox communities truly welcome people with disabilities, autism, mental illness, and neurodiversity?

This mission is sustained through his Patreon, where supporters receive monthly theological reflections, ministry updates, extended essays, and early access to resources—all while joining a community committed to building a more welcoming Church.

Dr. Maican’s goal is to reach 50 patrons, enabling him to dedicate himself fully to this work.
